A China Cargo Airlines, é uma companhia aérea de carga com sede no Aeroporto Internacional de Hongqiao, em Xangai, República Popular da China. É a primeira companhia aérea de carga da China a operar serviços de carga dedicados utilizando a estrutura de rotas da China Eastern Airlines. Sua base é no Aeroporto Internacional de Shanghai Hongqiao, com um hub no Aeroporto Internacional de Shanghai Pudong.

A companhia aérea foi estabelecida em 30 de julho de 1998 e iniciou suas operações em outubro de 1998. Foi fundada como, e continua a ser, uma joint venture entre a China Eastern Airlines (70%) e a China Ocean Shipping (30%). Adoptou brevemente o título China Eastern Airlines Cargo e regressou ao seu nome original depois de se ter tornado uma subsidiária independente em 2004.

A sua empresa-mãe, China Eastern Airlines, chegou a um acordo para injectar mais capital na companhia aérea de carga. Sua participação caiu de 70 por cento para pouco mais de 51 por cento.
