OnTrac è una società di logistica privata che commissiona servizi di spedizione regionale negli Stati Uniti occidentali.

La società è stata fondata in California nel 1991 con il nome di California Overnight ed è nata dall'acquisizione di diverse piccole società di corriere canadesi e americane e si è estesa ad altri sette stati: Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado e Idaho. I clienti iniziali erano spedizionieri di documenti che cercavano un'alternativa alla consegna notturna in California rispetto ai corrieri nazionali.
