APC Postal Logistics, Ltd. | Established in 1991 by Peter Okello and Chris Macleod, the company was named after its founders' initials (APC). In 2010 their focus shifted away from the U.S market towards African countries when they opened offices both in Kamp Uganda and Lome Togo.
