This status update means your package has received a label and has left the facility of its seller, but it has yet to reach its shipping carrier.
For example, let’s say you’ve purchased a phone case from Amazon, and it’s supposed to be delivered by YunExpress. Amazon would be your seller, and YunExpress would be your shipping carrier.
If you were to receive this status update, then that means your phone case has left Amazon’s warehouse, but it hasn’t made it to YunExpress’ shipping facility yet.
- Package received by carrier
This status update means YunExpress has received your package from its seller and is preparing to deliver it to you.
So keeping with the example used above, this status update would mean that your phone case from Amazon has reached YunExpress, and YunExpress is preparing to deliver it to you.
- Departure from airport to destination country
If your YunExpress package is being shipped to you from another country, then you may see this status update when you track your package using our universal tracking service.
This status update means your package has arrived in your country and should be shipped to you soon.
- Package has left the carrier facility
This status update means your package has left YunExpress’ shipping facility, and it will either be delivered to you soon, or your package is in transit to your local carrier facility for delivery.
- Package arrived at the carrier facility (YunExpress’ Track End)
Similar to the status update listed above, this status update means YunExpress no longer has your package, but don’t worry. Your package has just been moved to your local delivery company, and it should be on its way to you soon.
YunExpress Tracking Numbers
There are certain rules that YunExpress tracking numbers follow. If you’ve tried to track your YunExpress package using our tracker, but you haven’t been able to track your package, it’s possible that you’ve typed in the wrong tracking number.

How Does YunExpress Work?
YunExpress works similar to how a shipping broker would. It’s basically a middleman between various logistics companies around the world and merchants and marketplaces.
There are three steps to how YunExpress works:
- First, a courier picks up or receives packages that need to be shipped internationally from China. The courier then sends these packages to YunExpress.
- YunExpress then transports the packages they are given by couriers to the destination country where the package will be delivered to its owner.
- Once the packages have gone through customs, they are then transferred to an affordable local courier for delivery.

When you have a YunExpress parcel that needs to be delivered to you, YunExpress chooses which of their logistics company partners is the best choice for delivering your package to you.
If you live in the United States, for example, then USPS will likely be the courier they choose. If you live in the United kingdom, then the local courier YunExpress will likely choose to deliver your package to you will be Royal Mail.
For French consumers, your local delivery courier that is partnered with YunExpress is Colissimo, and in Germany, the courier YunExpress will likely choose for you is DHL.
The marketplaces that YunExpress are partnered with include the following companies: Ebay, AliExpress, Amazon, and Wish. Other YunExpress partners include Payoneer, Aftership, and Joom.
What this means is that when you place an order with one of these companies, they send your package to YunExpress. YunExpress then ships your package to your local courier service such as USPS or DHL. Those local companies then deliver the package to you.
YunExpress Shipping Times
YunExpress works hard to ship packages to consumers as fast as possible. When your YunExpress parcel is being shipped to you from one of their United States hubs, then it can take up to five days for it to arrive depending on where you live.
If you live in the United Kingdom, your parcel can take up to four business days to arrive. If you live in Germany, then it can also take up to four business days for your parcel to arrive.
For those of you who live in France or the Netherlands, you can expect your YunExpress packages to also take about four business days to arrive.
If you live in Spain, it can take up to five business days for your YunExpress package to arrive from the United States, and if you live in Italy, it can also take up to five business days for your YunExpress parcel to arrive.
For those of you who live in Poland or Sweden, you can expect your YunExpress packages to take five business days to arrive from the United States branches of YunExpress.
