If your Aramex order hasn’t been delivered as per the expected date of delivery, you can track it by entering its tracking number on our platform. You will be notified about any modifications to the package status via SMS and email notifications. You are also given options for requesting a refund or reordering if required for packages that have been delayed beyond 15 days after shipment confirmation unless there is an exceptional condition reported by the carrier company which includes weather conditions like hurricanes, floods, etc., strikes (such as ones organized by federal employees) and other events affecting transportation networks such as fires, accidents or extreme temperatures.

What is the difference between actual weight and volumetric weight?

The difference between actual weight and volumetric weight is that the first one describes how much an object weighs, while the second refers to its volume. Also known as dimensional or cubed weight, this method was adopted instead of flat-rate fees by many postal services around the world because it's more accurate for every type of packages with different dimensions - picture frames will be heavier than books but they have similar cubic size. To calculate your parcel’s volume multiply length x width x height in centimeters (or inches if you want). The result is then multiplied by a conversion factor depending on what country you are sending from and finally divided by a thousand – over five digits after the decimal point are not necessary here since our system calculates everything automatically so you will get a fair price. 

What's the biggest size parcel that can be tracked with Aramex?

There are no restrictions on the size of Aramex parcels. The minimum dimensions for a parcel to be sent with Aramex are 30cm x 20cm x 12cm, and they can also send items up to 100kg in weight if needed. 

Does Aramex Deliver on weekends?

No. Aramex only delivers on weekdays, and the cutoff time for same-day deliveries is 12pm (GMT+02:00). So if you want to know whether your delivery will be made today or tomorrow, check before noon. Also, remember that courier companies deliver throughout Egypt 24 hours a day all year long with no exceptions for public holidays.

Parcel Express is a courier service that offers delivery across the globe. They work with Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and TNT to deliver consignments on time at competitive rates. Their network covers more than 200 countries around the world. Customers can get live updates of their parcel status via Parcel Express' tracking system 24 hours per day.

Parcel Express works by offering customers standard or express deliveries from door-to-door/office-to-office for small (0 – 150 kg) or large (150kg+) shipments in 100+ destinations worldwide using an extensive range of transportation options including road transport, sea freight shipping, air cargo, and other services such as warehousing storage. In addition, they offer customs clearance assistance where necessary.

Parcel Express works on a simple pricing structure. Customers pay for their shipment according to the weight of goods, the destination country, service required (standard or express), and speed.

Aramex aims to deliver a package on the named day by choosing the most suitable option for you. Keep in mind that this service is not available from all locations, only some of them and it does not include Saturday deliveries.

Returns - If your product doesn’t seem right or maybe broken upon delivery, no need to worry! You can easily return the item at an Aramex office near you (locations are available here) within 14 days after receiving it through its carrier partner DHL Express. Just remember that before sending back the parcel with any items inside, make sure they meet our requirements and have the original packing slip attached as well as contact us firstly about returning process via email.
