Econt - information about carrier

Econt is a Bulgarian company for postal services, which began its operation in 1993 in the city Rousse. It transports consignments to individual and company clients and uses its services in Bulgaria, Greece and Romania.

On June 13, 1993, Nikolay Sabev and two other business owners from Karlovo and Varna produced the predecessor of Econt - the forwarding business Econt Trans. It runs in domestic and international markets. The clients are mainly Bulgarian business running with Russian and Ukrainian markets. In 1997 the business received a courier license but began carrier business in 2000.

By December 2002, about 1588 deliveries were shipped through the company. One year later on Econt sent out 79 533 deliveries.

In 2007, she was licensed to provide universal postal services, and at the exact same time the job of providing across the country protection.

In 2008 Nikolay Sabev introduces a collaboration program and the business goes through a transition from franchise to trade collaboration.

In 2011 the business managed to make the occupation" carrier" officially recognized in Bulgaria.
