You will be able to track your package until it reaches its destination within Metro Manila or nearby provinces (excluding Batanes).

How to track an LBC package without a tracking number?

There may be times when you receive a parcel and the courier does not provide an official tracking number. If that happens, you can still get the status of your parcel. You can do so by providing the courier's tracking number, recipient name, and address.

LBC uses a barcode system where each box is given a unique barcode reference number. The lead time to track your package will depend on how soon you provide this information to customer’s support.
