Nexive - information about carrier

Nexive is an Italian business in the electronic and postal commerce sector, based in Milan. The company was developed in 1998 under the name of TNT Post Italia thanks to a series of acquisitions of local private business in the sector, including the historical business Rinaldi L'Espresso, by the moms and dad business TNT Post Group.

In the years that followed, thanks above all to the liberalization of the Italian postal market, in the 2000s, the company became the first private operator of the nationwide postal market, 2nd just to Poste Italiane also thinking about public companies.

On May 26, 2011, the spin-off from the moms and dad business of the express shipping sector officially occurred, which went to form the brand-new independent company TNT Express, followed by the change of name of the parent business, keeping the postal activities, in PostNL, in turn, followed by the general rebranding of subsidiaries to release the TNT brand name. This procedure led, in May 2014, to the change of name of TNT Post Italia in Nexive, with a brand name influenced by that of PostNL, the parent company, and with a program that intended to broaden the postal market towards the e-commerce sector.

PostNL on August 6, 2018, revealed that it had actually begun the Nexive sales process, offered the not amazing outcomes.
With a market share of 7.7% on the universal service and 4% on the other postal services, TNT Post (later renamed to Nexive) in 2013 was the first nationwide personal postal operator.
