• Your shipment reference number is printed clearly on all labels and envelopes and please do check this carefully before filing your claim with TCS so there won’t be any delay at later stages because of wrong information provided by the customer. 
• If the parcel is handed over to TCS on Saturday then it cannot ask for a call back as the tracking will only be possible after 24 hours of delivery.
• If you have filed your claim and now want another account holder’s information via his/her reference number or courier tracking number, that this is not allowed by law and can lead to problems like penalties.

Can TCS pick me up from home?

What does in transit mean TCS?
