How long does Whistl take to deliver?
Whistl delivers packages within one day. 99% of deliveries arrive at users' doors between 12:00 am and 08:30 pm so we recommend visiting the site before ordering something online if you want a hassle-free experience!
Whistl is best suited for less urgent deliveries than overnight shipping by DPD etc… If the customer has selected “Next Day Delivery” with their package shipped via Whistl - they should receive it on the next working day. However, if the order was placed after 13:00 or on weekends/bank holidays, then there is no guarantee of receiving it the next working day. It might be delivered in up to two days though depending on location and time of order placement (the later at night the slower will be processed).
Is Whistl delivery expensive?
Whistl delivery is not always the cheapest option. The rates are dependant on the size and weight of parcels, so it's hard to give a straight answer without knowing more about your specific situation. Of course, you can always check out our rates and see what we offer by visiting the following link:
You should also consider that there may be hidden costs associated with Whistl deliveries. For example, if it's a business-to-business delivery then your business will need to pay VAT on top of the shipping fee charged. Additionally, if there are any duties or taxes imposed upon entry into the destination country those fees would have to pay as well before receiving their cargo. As such, having all this information ahead of time helps you take accurate quotes for shipping companies like Whistl.
Whistl's International Customs Clearance
Whistl's International Customs Clearance process is complex and can be costly. So it's critical to get your goods into the country as smoothly, securely, and efficiently as possible.
Why am I unable to track my item on your consumer portal?
There are many reasons why your item may not be tracked. The most common reason for this is that the delivery company has updated their system or there was a delay in processing. It’s also possible that the courier has not reported your package as delivered.
Why is my parcel showing no tracking since it was collected?
A ‘no tracking’ status will show in your parcel’s history when the carrier has not yet scanned it. This may happen if:
- The package was collected from you and is on its way to delivery, but Whistl haven't received information about the scans from the courier's website; or
- The package is waiting for a scan at a sorting office.
Why has my parcel tracking stopped updating?
It could be that there is a problem with the courier, or it may also mean that they have taken over responsibility for delivering your item. This means that the courier has been unable to deliver your parcel and will eventually send it back to where it came from.
If you would like a refund, please contact Whistl first by email before contacting the retailer as they may be able to reimburse you for all of your shipping costs. If Whistl has already sent out a new order to you, Whistl will refund your shipping cost. If this is not possible then the retailer may reimburse part of your shipping costs, for example, they could cover up to $15 but if you have paid more than that it would be down to them what they pay you back.
When can I expect my parcel to be delivered?
Each Whistl shipment has a specific delivery window that is communicated to you once the package enters the final stage of transit. This means your postman will know when they can expect to deliver it and should be able to give you an accurate time frame before arriving at your address in Germany, France, or Spain. The following table shows what range from day-specific deliveries, where there are no restrictions on when parcels may arrive:

My item has received no tracking for several days, is there a problem?
If there has been no update to your tracking number for several days, the first thing you should do is check that it hasn't missed out on any updates. Please note: some shippers like DHL will push an 'out for delivery notification while others only send updates when the package arrives with its address meaning tracking numbers can remain.
